| Twin Heart Builders opened it s doors on February 2, 1997. Tim Nevers is the owner of the business. Started out as a tool and die maker 1977, switched to construction in 1984. Worked for many of the remodeling company’s in Toledo area until receiving a class “A” license from the Toledo City in 1996.Tim is known for doing the job right, the first time. Sometimes that means taking a little longer to make sure everything is secured (glued, nailed), in its place with good fits and in a safe manner. We handle light commercial and residential work. Twin Heart Builders employs between 2 to 5 people and 3 subcontracting companies at the same time going from one job to another. We handle small jobs from $400.00 to bigger jobs at $100,000.00. We are exceptional in carpentry; trim, kitchens, bathrooms, floors, garages, decks, porches, windows, doors, tile, and painting. Estimates costs range from $40.00 to $500.00 depending on the distance to travel near Ohio. Of coarse… we have lots of references from many jobs. |
